If the rubber thickness is 3mm or more, it can be sliced in increments of 0.5mm from 1mm to about 15mm.

We would like to introduce Asahi Reitex's "slicing process." When the rubber thickness is 3mm or more, it can be sliced in increments of 0.5mm from 1mm to about 15mm. When the rubber thickness is 3mm or less, we first bond the jersey and rubber together to create a sheet, then cut the excess jersey part along with the rubber before processing. As a result, it becomes slightly smaller than the standard size, and in the case of 1mm, it will be cut twice, making it about two sizes smaller. 【Processing Steps】 <For rubber thickness of 3mm or less> 1.
